Basalt Fiber Reinforced Acrylic Resin Gypsum 'BRG'
Materials that shape the designer's image! Ensures dimensional stability during molding without shrinkage.
"BRG" is a completely water-based molding material that combines the excellent tensile strength and elasticity of basalt fibers, the abrasion resistance, water resistance, and adhesion of acrylic resin, and the non-combustibility, strength, and hardness of gypsum. By skillfully incorporating acrylic resin, which is contrary to non-combustibility, the secondary adhesion strength has been improved. It has become possible to produce using hand lay-up techniques similar to FRP. Additionally, by using gypsum as the main component, the advantages of non-combustibility are maximized, allowing for certification as a non-combustible material by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. [Features] ■ Non-combustible specification ■ Basalt fibers: tensile strength and elasticity ■ Gypsum: non-combustibility and strength ■ Acrylic resin: abrasion resistance and water resistance ■ Certification by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
